PandectAI keeps its contact workflow deliberately minimal. Contact form details are transmitted to our business mailbox and are not written to a website database.
Information we receive
Contact requests include your name, company website, work email, phone number, business area, and requirements.
How we use information
We use inquiry details to respond, evaluate data demand or supply, prepare proposals, and manage business communication with your organization.
Delivery and sharing
Contact requests are delivered through LarkSuite to PandectAI's business mailbox. We do not sell personal information and share inquiry details only when needed to evaluate or deliver a requested collaboration.
Bot protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare receives the verification token and standard technical request data, including the IP address, to assess whether the submission is legitimate.
Externally hosted media
Public case-study and Data Library media may be delivered from external object storage. When media is loaded, that provider may receive standard technical request data such as IP address, browser details, and access time.
